About us

We walk the land. Farm by farm.

For more than ten years we have been walking the Guadalhorce Valley and the Axarquía. We know every grower by name and every farm by its trees, and since 2015 we have travelled the same road: the one that leads from the field to a box done right.

Before a single fruit reaches our home in Pizarra, we have been there: we have walked the farm, checked that the organic certificate and every document are in order, and agreed the harvest at its exact point. Then we bring it over in our own trucks and let it come gently to its point, packing every box by hand, piece by piece, with its batch and its story — unhurried, the way real fruit ripens.

We are our customers' eyes in the Andalusian countryside.

Our process

This is how we work, step by step.

From the Andalusian field to your warehouse, every batch passes through the same hands: ours. Four steps and a single chain of responsibility.

  1. Farm by farm

We visit every farm and know each grower in person. We verify that their organic certificate and all their paperwork are in order before buying a single box.

  2. Picked at its point

We agree the price in the field and organise the harvest within the exact window of each variety — not a day earlier, not a day later.

  3. Pizarra warehouse

We bring the fruit home in our own trucks. In the warehouse it rests until it reaches its point, and every box is prepared by hand, order by order, with its batch.

  4. Traced delivery

We dispatch with export documentation and certification in order, with batch traceability all the way to your warehouse in Europe.

Quality & certifications

From the Guadalhorce Valley to all of Europe

We select and verify certified organic fruit from growers across the Guadalhorce Valley and the Axarquía. Before loading, every batch has passed through our hands: the field, the paperwork and the fruit itself.

  • Farm-by-farm verification — we visit every field and check every organic certificate before buying.
  • Certified per batch — every box identifies farm, batch and harvest date, with its paperwork in order.
  • In-house ripening — the fruit rests in Pizarra until it reaches its perfect point; we check ripeness and size by hand before every shipment.
